Mozilla tech guy takes it out on IE9 saying “Its two years old”

A Mozilla technical specialist, Paul Rouget, wrote on his blog yesterday answering the question ‘Is IE9 a modern browser?’ and his response was NO.

In his own opinion he said that the Microsoft IE9 is better than its predecessor IE8 and is a step in the right direction but he truly doesn’t believe this to be a truly modern browser.

In his blog he explains why with producing some results of a test and in true style comparing it against its own Mozilla Firefox 4 browser.

Paul supports his claim through the tests conducted and made a nice little infographic for everyone to see the results. It is interesting to see the battle commence with both these web browsers but they should be keeping a look out for lion that might potentially take a big chunk out of their pie, cause Googles Chrome usage is on the rise.

I use Firefox on a daily basis unless if I am forced to use IE8 if I am on a different machine. However I would like to know which is your preferred web browser? Is it the Chrome, Firefox or IE and why. Leave a comment below.
